We offer services to take of any general pest!
Monthly Recurring: We will schedule a time each month to come to your home to inspect and treat against pests, monitor for pest activity and fortify your home against seasonal pests. Includes free follow up services should an issue arise between regular services.
Pests Covered: Ants, Spiders, Silverfish, Roaches, Pill bugs, Mice, Centipedes/Millipedes, crickets, Box bugs, Earwigs, Carpenter Ants, Stinkbugs and Occasional Invaders
Bi-Monthly Recurring: We will schedule a time every other month to come to your home to inspect and treat against pests, monitor for pest activity and fortify your home against seasonal pests. Includes free follow up services should an issue arise between regular services.
Pests Covered: Ants, Spiders, Silverfish, Roaches, Pill bugs, Mice, Centipedes/Millipedes, crickets, Box bugs, Earwigs, Carpenter Ants, Stinkbugs and Occasional Invaders
*For recurring service, the initial service is $150. Monthly or Bi-monthly rate starts at the next schedule service
Bed Bug Service: Treatment for bedbugs minimally requires an initial service with a follow up inspection. Some instances require a follow up treatment done at no extra cost.
To treat effectively for bedbugs, we thoroughly inspect rooms with active bedbug activity and rooms with suspected activity then devise a treatment strategy. After the initial treatment is completed, a follow up inspection is scheduled 7-14 days later, if the inspection reveals need, we will perform a follow up treatment at no additional cost.
One Time Service: Single service treatments are done for certain pests or if you just want a single treatment without recurring service.
Pests Covered: Ants, Spiders, Silverfish, Roaches, Pill bugs, Mice, Occasional Invaders, Centipedes/Millipedes, Fleas, Wasps, Carpenter Bees, Crickets, Hornets.
*One Time service does not cover mice or german roaches.
Additional Pests: These are pests that are not normally covered under recurring services but can be added to the pests regular service treats for when performing recurring service for a small increase in your recurring service price.
Pests Covered: Wasps, Hornets, Carpenter Bees, Bees(not honey), Yellow Jackets, Paper Wasps, Indian Meal Moths, Stored Product Pests, Drain Flies, Fruit Flies, Voles
Termite Inspections and Treatments: General inspection for termites are free. If termites are found durring an inspection, a quote for treatment can put together with guarantee that the treatment will eliminate the termite activity.
*If paperwork for selling a home or insurance purposes are needed from the inspection, there is a fee of $150
